How do the dimensions fall out?
There is from the BASIC (T-shirt, Hoodies, Zipper, sweater). Girlsstuff is always in the dimensions S, M and L. With the boys adds another XL. Best have a look at our little dimensions films for a detailed comparison of the sizes.
 
How does the order and registration work?
you can use first as a new customer the basket of goods without registration. All informations, which are marked with a star, must be filled here, so that the order can be worked on. The e-mail address must be active, because this is used for the registration and the sending
of the access data (password). Then in the second e-mail the confirmation of order with all relevant data (calculation address and address of delivery, total, payment method) is sent. In the next step the address of delivery is fixed (standard it is identical with the calculation address). Then the user can fix the payment kind and therefore also the delivery expenses. These vary between the payment kinds and the country of origin.
 
Which data are stored?
We store only the data which are used for the order process. These data are also not third-used in any form. The input of the data is funded SSL keyed and therefor the inspection by third person is safe. The data necessary for business purposes are stored under strict attention of the regulations of the federal data protection
act / BDSG and of the information and communication services law / IuKDG and are transmitted by the order handling if necessary to affiliated companies as well as third companies, which are employed for the order order handling (for example, German post). All personal data are treated strictly confidentially.
 
Where do we deliver?
We dispatch worldwide. Besides, we have graded delivery expenses for 1-st Germany, 2-nd Europe plus Switzerland (see list of countries) as well as 3-rd. the worldwide dispatch. The customer is always carrying possibly arising duty expenses of a worldwide dispatch.
 
How high are the forwarding expenses?

The forwarding expenses always refer to the whole order and are included with the order. Which payment methods are possible?
Our payment methods are by precash and Paypal. By Paypal the debit payment and credit card payment is also possible. Within Germany a dispatch is also possible by cash on delivery.
 
How long are the delivery times?
The dispatch occurs about the German post and lasts from approx. 2 to 5 working days. On payment cash on delivery (only Germany) or Paypal the product is dispatched with us in the next working day. On the payment
by precash we send the product as soon as the money on our account has come. Should a product not be in stock once, you are informed and we take care of a delivery as quickly as possible. As soon as the product was sent with us you get an e-mail.

Why is the payment cash on delivery so expensive?
The German post requires for this payment service a COD charge for the service supply on our part. With the payment service "cash on delivery "We whip this on the delivery expenses. By payment of the package locally 2 EUR become due again.
 
Can the articles, which I order be always delivered?
The products which you have laid in the basket of goods and ordered directly are available to 99.5%. Although we update several times every hour the continuance announcements, it seems in rare cases that an article
is indicated in a certain size / colour-combination as still available, although he is already sold off. As soon as your order is packed with us in the stock, you get news about that by e-mail.
 
Can it be that articles are available later again?
